I have an idea for my facility. How do we get started?

It starts with concept sketches of your ideas. If your space is a blank canvas and you have no idea what to do with it, we can discuss options with you to give a better idea of what is possible with themed environments.

My facility is not new. Will Theme Fusion renovate our building to theme it or does it have to be a new space?

Many themed environments are set in existing spaces. If walls need to be removed or added, or if wiring changes are to be included in the plans for sound equipment and lighting, we can help you identify the professionals who can handle those tasks. Often times, a licensed contractor from your area will be called in to complete preliminary structure changes before we install the final design. In most cases, your staff will be asked to simply paint base colors on walls as a backdrop to our airbrushed art and 3D installation. In situations where painting is required, Theme Fusion will select the colors and provide a diagram of exactly which surfaces receive paint. Most organizations throw a painting party on a saturday morning to get the job done. Buy pizza... they will come.

How long does it take to build and install a custom environment?

Every design and schedule for installation is custom, so there is no way to give one answer for every situation. However, we strive to complete small to medium sized jobs within a 2 - 6 month timeframe. To further understand how a project is scheduled, view the process here.

What sort of details does Theme Fusion need in order to quote a job?

We mostly just need to have a conversation to discuss your design objectives. If you are able to collect general measurements of the space and maybe a few pictures, it will help us identify a sense of scale for the various areas to be themed. Can I buy just a few props until I am ready for a full theme?

At this time, we do not offer cookie cutter design out of the box. We are a 100% custom design and fabrication company. If you have a need for just a few items, let us know what you are looking for. We may be able to refer you to another organization selling a similar item. For instance, if you need a 1962 VW van for a hippie trippie retro theme, we have a resource for 2 hollowed out Volkswagons (bug and van). Of course, we can build one to any specification if you have a particular need.

When I buy a themed environment, do I own the rights to the characters and set designs?

If we are designing a theme that incorporates characters, names, and designs that are particular to your organization, we will not use those designs again without your permission. If we provide the character, costume, or theme, we will respectfully protect your area of influence by not providing the exact same theme within a 50 mile radius of your location unless you grant permisison to do so. Logo designs become your exclusive property. If special arrangements are required, provide the details of your need and we will quote the project accordingly.
