We will ask a few questions about your dreams and desires. We will need an architect's blueprint of your space to be designed. (If the space is an older building, and no blueprint can be found, then we can take measurements and pictures on site.)

You will receive an estimate for the number of scenes required to visualize youe space. Once the contract is signed, we will hit the drawing board and sketch away. You will receive professional pencil concepts and may elect to see color illustrations as well.

If you need drawings to raise funds for your project, we suggest at lease two color illustrations for presentation.
